Riot Games is a global gaming company headquartered in Los Angeles with offices and operations around the world. When we say "**Riot Games**," we're referring to the Riot Games entity responsible for providing the Riot Services in your region (see [Section 19](), below) and these Terms are an agreement between you and that entity.

If you accept the new agreement, you'll be able to continue using the Riot Services. If you decline the new agreement, you won't be able to use the Riot Services anymore.
