+### 4.5 Advertising Cookies
+Most web browsers will allow you to turn off cookies. You should look at your web browsers Settings or Help menu to find out how this is done. However, please be aware that switching off cookies may affect the way the Site operates and adversely affect the quality of your experience on the website.

+Most of our third-party advertising partners operate within an industry framework and code of practice issued by the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB) called the "Transparency and Consent Framework", which sets out the technical means for your choices to be passed through the ad networks. It also requires that members adhere to IAB policies and standards of behaviour.
+When using a mobile device, you can opt-out of receiving interest based advertising by selecting 'Privacy' and then 'Advertising' in the Settings of your Apple iPhone or iPad, or the "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" in the Google Settings on your Android device. You may also be able to reset the unique identifier that Google uses for online behaviour based advertising (referred to as an "Advertising ID") in the Settings on your Apple or Android device.
+Advertising partners who do not work within the IAB framework are listed separately in the platform which can be viewed in our Consent Management Platform (CMP). In the Consent Management Platform popup go to the 'Partners' page and scroll down - IAB partners are listed first, then you'll see Non-IAB vendors and finally Google partners.

+Further information on the purposes of placing cookies can be found within our CMP, displayed to all new Site visitors. It can also be found via the Privacy cog icon at the bottom left of each webpage for our Sites and for Apps via the 'My Account' Link at the bottom of the screen which includes 'My Privacy' and takes you to the CMP.
+Contained within our website is tracking code provided by Lead Forensics. This code enables Lead Forensics to track activity on the business section of our website and provide us with information on the IP address of the requesting computer (this data is not anonymised), the date and duration of the user's visit, and the web pages which the user visits. The Lead Forensics tool uses IP tracking for identifying businesses and is not the same as cookies. The Lead Forensics tracking code complies with the data protection act because it only provides information that is readily available in the public domain. It does not, and cannot, provide individual, personal or sensitive data regarding who has visited our website. It provides information on what company has visited our website by identifying them from their IP address. This data may be used by us to contact the business about their experience or for marketing purposes. We will not pass this data to third parties for any reason.
