Manorama does not control the content posted via chat and other community services and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. You understand that by using such services, you may be exposed to objectionable matter. Under no circumstances will Manorama be liable in any way for any content, including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, uploaded on this site. Certain services are only a venue for persons to interact and exchange views with each other. Any transactions relating to sale/purchase of goods or services offered are to be settled between the parties and all warranties express or implied of any kind, regarding any matter pertaining thereto, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed by this site. This site is not involved in any way in the actual transactions between the buyers and sellers. +The User agrees not to alter or modify any part of the Website, including but not limited to any of its related technologies. Further, the User shall not:
+a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, perform, publish or create derivative works from or in any way exploit any part of the Website in violation of the Terms of use or the laws of any country.
+b) Create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing the entire Website or part thereof except such information as relates or concerns the User.
+c) Commit any act that violates the Site Owner's intellectual property rights in the Website.
+d) Engage in any fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity, including but not limited to any communication or solicitation designed or intended to fraudulently obtain the password or any private information relating to any other user.
+e) Use the Website to violate the security of any computer or computer network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal material including threatening or obscene material or engage in any kind of illegal activity.
+f) Run a mail list or any form of auto-responder, or spam on the Website or any processes that are run or are activated while the User is not logged on or engage in any virus attack or denial of service, attach or engage in any activity designed and/or intended to interfere with the working of Website for any duration of time.
+The User agrees not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation, "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," that accesses the Website in a manner that sends more request messages to the Website servers in a given period of time than a human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web browser.
+Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site Owner grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Website for the sole purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. The Site Owner reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. This restriction specifically prohibits:(a) the use of the Content for the development, training, or operation of any software, including machine learning systems, artificial intelligence models, or large language models; and (b) the sharing, dissemination, or distribution of archived, cached, or compiled data sets containing the Content to any third party.
 ## Email Services
 This Site may place reasonable restrictions on the maximum number of days that email messages, message board postings or other uploaded Content will be retained, the maximum number of email messages that may be sent from or received by an account, the maximum size of any email message that may be sent from or received by an account, the maximum disk space that will be allotted to you, and the maximum number of times (and the maximum duration for which) you may access the service in a given period of time. Inactive accounts may be closed down with prior intimation. This Site assumes no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store, inaccuracy in transmission and receipt of any messages and other communications or other information maintained or transmitted.
 ## Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability
 Epaper and emagazine subscribers can access backup archives for the past two years, provided they had an active subscription during that period. Content older than two years will not be available for any users.
 E-paper and E-Magazine subscribers, either through Website or through Mobile Phone Applications, can access the back up archives for past two years from the date of latest Issue, provided the subscriber had an active subscription during that period of two years, prior to the latest issue of E-paper or E-magazine. Content older than two years will not be available for any users. New user who subscribe the -Epaper or E-Magazine will only eligible as per the above condition, and will not be eligible for any back up prior to their first subscription.
 The subscribed services will be automatically terminated once the subscription period is over and Subscription fee for renewal is not paid by you in advance. We reserve the right to change or terminate any offered subscription or promotions any time.
