+LIVESCORE.in website and its mobile applications (herein referred to as the 'App') respects the privacy of all parties viewing and otherwise making use of the App, (herein referred to as the '**Visitors**'), and is committed to protecting their privacy. The App may collect and use 'Personal Data' (defined hereunder) relating to its Visitors in order to provide them with the services provided by the App and only for any purpose which has been expressly stated hereunder.
+Livesport s.r.o. ("**we**", "**our**" or "**us**") respects the privacy of its users ("**you**" or "**your**"). This information about the processing of personal data ("**Information**") explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal data in connection with our website in any language version or location ("**Website**"). We process your personal data in connection with your use of Website, registration on Website, in connection with direct marketing and in connection with the storage of HTTP cookies on your device.
+This Privacy Policy complies with international Conventions, and EU laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679), as transposed into Maltese law in Data Protection Act (Chapter 440 of the laws of Malta), the Processing of Personal Data (Electronic Communications Sector) Regulations (Legal Notice 16 of 2003 inclusive of the later amendments), it adopts Recommendation 2/2001 of the Article 29 Data Protection Working Party, adopted on 17 May 2001, on certain minimum requirements for collecting personal data on-line and implements also any other applicable rules and practices.

+ Purpose of this Statement
+. **Processing in connection with the use of website and your registration**
+The purpose of this Statement is to:
+. **Specification of processing when using Website.** If you use Website, we process for the B and C purposes set out below the records relating to your use of Website (IP address, Geo IP, operating system data, your browser type and version, and the user settings of Website) which are obtained automatically when you use Website and age information if you have provided us with such information.

+We process your personal data in an appropriate and lawful manner, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (the "**GDPR**") which is in force as of **25 May 2018**.

+- **Purpose A**: The purpose of processing your personal data is to perform a contract between you and us or to enable us to take steps prior to entering into such a contract in connection with your registration or login to Website.
+Save where specifically indicated in this Privacy Policy, the App does not collect any Personal Data when Visitors simply browse the App. However, the App does require that Visitors supply some Personal Data when using additional or advanced services provided on the App after the registration. On these occasions the App will ask Visitors for their respective consent prior to the collection and use of the Visitors' Personal Data. Upon registration or at other times the App may ask Visitors to submit their login name (an e-mail address typically) and password.
+- **Purpose B**: The purpose of the processing of the aforementioned personal data is to ensure the technical operation of Website, i.e. the proper and smooth functioning of Website and the related troubleshooting of reported technical errors and the subsequent optimization (prevention of errors in the future) of Website.
+Visitors are under no obligation to provide their Personal Data or to permit their Personal Data to be collected by the App. However, the App may not be able to provide the Visitors not consenting to the collection of their Personal Data with all services offered by the App.
+We have carried out an assessment of whether it is possible to process your personal data for this purpose and we have also carried out the necessary proportionality test, which assesses the interests in protecting your rights and our interests. We have concluded that, in view of the fact that most of the personal data we process is available for other purposes, that we use pseudonymized identifiers, that the removal of defects is also in the interest of Website user, that the subsequent optimization of Website is in the interest of all Website users, it does not appear to us that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms to protect your personal data outweigh our legitimate interests as set out above.
+Although Visitors may have consented to the App using their respective Personal Data, they are entitled to subsequently revoke their respective consent for whatever reason by contacting gdpr@livesport.eu. In case of revocation of consent, the additional or advance services provided on the App after registration will no longer be available.
+- **Purpose C:** The purpose of processing your personal data is to comply with our legal obligations, particularly in the areas of tax, accounting, and advertising regulation.
+ Your Rights as a Data Subject
+. **Legal basis.** The legal basis for the processing of personal data for each purpose is as follows:
+The Right of Access
+. for purpose A is that such processing is necessary for the performance of a contract between you and us or to enable us to take steps prior to entering into such a contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (the "**Regulation**").
+Visitors are entitled to request that the Controller (defined hereafter) provides them with written information on which of their respective Personal Data it has collected and/or used. A request can be made by submitting a request in writing to the Controller (defined hereafter).

+Right to withdraw consent
+. **Other beneficiaries.** Persons who provide technical activities for us, including persons providing us with hosting and software development services, and other companies in our group ("**our group**") may be other recipients of your personal data. In cases where we are required to do so by generally binding legislation, the relevant public authorities may also be additional recipients of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling their obligations under generally binding legislation.
+You have the right to withdraw your consent to this statement, and the processing practices described herein, at any time by sending an email to gdpr@livesport.eu. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing which we carried out on the basis of such consent before its withdrawal. Withdrawal of consent will result in us having to terminate our services immediately.
+. **Your rights.** Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation and depending on the purposes stated, you have the right to request that we provide you with access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing, and the right to the portability of your personal data. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before complying with such a request.

If you suspect that the processing of your personal data has infringed or is infringing the Regulation, you have the right, inter alia, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular with a supervisory authority in the EU Member State where you are habitually resident, have your place of work or where the place of the alleged infringement of the Regulation is located.
+You have the right to obtain rectification of any inaccurate Personal Data about you that we have processed, update any data which is out-of-date and the right to have incomplete Personal Data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement.
+. You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for purpose B. In the event that you object to the processing of your personal data for purpose B, we will not further process your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests or your rights and freedoms or where such data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of our legal claims.

+. You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, the provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for purpose A, i.e. for the conclusion and performance of a contract, and without the provision of your personal data it is not possible to conclude or perform the contract and this may prevent you from using certain features and purchases within Website that are only available to registered users. The processing of your personal data for Purpose C is a legal requirement in connection with your potential purchase on Website.
+You have the right to obtain the erasure of Personal Data we have concerning you when your personal data is no longer required where:

+This processing of personal data is not based on your consent, however, you have the right to object to this processing at any time.

+. The preamble to point 47 of the Regulation states, among other things, that "processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes may be regarded as processing carried out for legitimate interest".
+Right of Data Portability

We have carried out an assessment of whether it is lawful to process your personal data for the purpose of sending you commercial communications and we have also carried out the necessary proportionality test which assesses the interests in protecting your rights and our interests. We have concluded that, in view of the previous fulfilment of the prerequisites set out in the generally binding legislation for sending commercial communications and also in view of the fact that you can refuse further commercial communications at any time, it does not appear to us that your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms to protect the personal data you have voluntarily provided outweigh our legitimate interests in sending commercial communications.
+As from **25 May 2018**, you shall have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured and machine-readable format and transmit this data to another Controller (as defined in the GDPR).

In light of the above and the fact that you can reasonably expect your personal data to be processed for the purpose of sending commercial communications, we consider our legitimate interest to be the legal basis for processing your personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications.
+ Purposes for the collection and use of Personal Data
+. **Retention period.** Your personal data will be processed by us for a period of three (3) years from the end of your contract, but no longer than until you object or make any other similar request to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending commercial communications by us, including exercising your right to erasure of personal data.
+The Personal Data collected by the App shall be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act (Chapter 440 of the Laws of Malta) and subsidiary legislation enacted thereunder and solely processed for the purposes of:
+. **Other recipients.** Persons providing marketing services for us in accordance with our instructions, persons operating our website or mobile applications (data processors) and other companies in our group are other recipients of your personal data.

This processing of personal data is based on your explicit consent, which you have the right to withdraw at any time.
+We will not share your Personal Data with any third party for marketing purposes without your unambiguous consent.

+ Disclosure of Personal Data to third parties
+. **Legal Basis.** The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent given to us in terms of Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation.
+The Provider does not sell, trade or rent or otherwise disclose Personal Data appertaining to Visitors to any third party without their prior respective consent. However Personal Data would be disclosed to third parties in the eventuality of a sale of the App.
+. **Retention Period.** We will process (retain) your personal data for a period of four (4) years from the date we receive your consent to process it, and processing will cease if you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data for this purpose.
+The above is without prejudice to any legal obligation incumbent on the App to disclose Visitors' Personal Data to third parties.

Additionally, all passwords you set up are stored using BCrypt standard. Notwithstanding these efforts, the Provider cannot guarantee that such event will not occur.
+. **Your rights.** Subject to the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have the right to request that we provide you with access to your personal data, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing, and the right to the portability of your personal data.
+ The period for which Personal Data is kept

+Third party websites/apps are not covered by this Privacy Policy. The App provides links to other sites for the convenience of Visitors. The App is not responsible for the contents displayed on third party websites/apps and measures they adopt to protect your privacy. Any other websites/apps which Visitors access from the App may not have an adequate Privacy Policy.
