+FC2 Point Terms of Use is a part of ["FC2 Terms of Use"](http://help.fc2.com/common/tos/en/). For using FC2 Point and FC2 Premium Point, both ["the Basic Guideline"](http://help.fc2.com/common/tos/en) in the FC2 Terms of Use and FC2 Point Terms of Use are applied.
+## FC2 Pay Service Terms of Use / FC2 Point Terms of Use
+\. FC2 Point
+The FC2 Point Terms of Use are a part of the ['FC2 Terms of Use'](http://help.fc2.com/common/tos/ja/). When you use the FC2 Point, both the FC2 Point Terms of Use and the ['Basic Guideline'](http://help.fc2.com/common/tos/ja) in the FC2 Terms of Use will be applied. Rights and duties to pay services and privilege arise when FC2 or its business partner (partner) settles accounts with you after you apply for paid membership or privilege provided by each pay service.
+FC2 Point and FC2 Premium Point ("the point") are given by a system that offers a constant added value. "The Point" represents that users are able to receive an added value that FC2 provides. Users are to apply pay services or privilege uses of offered services, and either FC2 or a FC2's business partner ("the partner") is to approve the settlement. After the approval, rights and obligations concerning the offer of pay services and privileges will occur.
+.Charges and Payment
+. For a payment of usage charge of the services in that the use is allowed based on the usage regulations provided in the other FC2 sites, FC2 Premium Point is to be used. FC2 Premium Point is to be purchased by a credit card only and the usage condition conforms to the FC2 Point Terms of Use.
+. As for charge to use the FC2 pay services and payment, you are to follow regulations fixed by these terms of use or those fixed for each FC2 pay service.
+\. Charge and Payment
+. You are to bear commission, tax or lump-sum payment for each pay service.
+. The usage charge and the payment methods for FC2 services are laid down in these terms of use and the separated regulations provided by FC2, and conform to the charge regulations shown in the FC2 site.
+. When the payment for the initial registration or renewal is not made until the specified date, we consider that you do not intend to register or renew your paid membership and will terminates the contract.
+. Users are to bear commission, tax, and a lum sum for purchasing a point.
+. Even if we cannot collect a charge from a card company or its agency, you must agree to make a payment charged by us.
+. The payment methods for purchasing a point are the methods FC2 provides only. When a user deposits money excluding the payment methods that FC2 specifies, and when damages are caused by a factor that had to be returned to a user's blame, FC2 does not bear any responsilities of the damages.
+. When you approve billing to the credit card you specified, (we receive advance payment from a credit card company), we consider that you accept not only the billing you approved but also all the billing form the FC2 pay services you use (until the user cancels the pay services and cancellation procedure is completed) as long as the credit card is valid. In order to use a credit card, you must agree to this clause.
+. When a payment for a new usage or a renewal use is not able to be confirmed until the date FC2 specifies, FC2 deems that the user does not have the intention of the usage or the renewal and terminates the contract.
+. We may revise charges or contents of pay services without users' approval. And also the revised charges will be applied when you renew your contract of a pay service.
+. Even FC2 is not able to collect the usage charge from the card company or its agency, the user is deemed to agree with FC2 that he/she is to bear the responsibility to pay the whole amount of money that FC2 claims.
+. When you do not make a payment until the specified date provided by these terms of use and each service you must pay a late payment charge fixed by FC2.
+. When a billing to a user's specified credit card is approved (a billing means that FC2 is asked to pay the advance fee to the credit card company), all the payments, including the charge that has been approved, during the duration of the contract for the FC2's pay services (until the user cancels the pay services, and the cancellation procedure will be completed) are deemed to be approved as long as the credit card is valid. When a user does not agree to these terms of use, his/her credit card is not allowed to be used.
+. Payment must be made by the method we specify. When you make a payment by other methods or when losses are caused by it, we are not liable for them.
+. FC2 may revise its fee and the contents of pay services without users' approval, and users are deemed to agree to the revision. And also the revised fee system will apply at the renewal of the contract of a pay service.
+. The money once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
+. A point is to be used only in the methods FC2 specifies and is not allowed to be used in other purposes.
+.FC2 Point
+. A user is to purchase necessary points which are consumable. FC2 does neither convert a point to money nor repay.
+. The FC2 Point and FC2 Premium Point (Points) are offered by a system that presents constant added value. In other words they make it possible for users to receive the added value provided by FC2.
+. According to provisions separately shown on each FC2 site, you can use your points to make a payment for a pay service which allows the use of points.
+. When a user does not pay his/her debt to FC2 until the set date, which is based on these terms of use and FC2's other services, he/she is to pay the overdue damage fee to FC2, that is between the next day of the time limit and the payment date.
+. The point purchase must be done by the method we specify. When you make a payment by other methods and some losses are caused by it, we are not liable for them.
+\. Validity of points
+. The points must be used the way we specify and cannot be used for other purposes.
+. When the upper limit of points that a user owns and the valid period of points are not cleared by FC2, a user is deemed to agree that the upper limit of points are set according to the FC2's discretion.
+. You can only purchase consumable points. We neither cash them nor refund as cash.
+. A point is effective during the period that FC2ID lends.
+. Validity of Points
+. When the upper limit of points you can own and the terms of validity are not stated, you must agree that they can be specified at our sole discretion.
+. A previlege offered by a partner is offered according to the condition that the partner provides.
+. The points are valid only while you use the FC2ID.
+\. Invalidity, cease and cancellation of points
+. The points do not guarantee that you will be able to use FC2 services or privilege forever. The contents of services, privilege or systems may be changed or discontinued.
+A point will become invalid without a notice when the following cases. And also when there is a doubt of injustice, using, purchasing, and exchanging of a point are restricted. An invalid point is not able to be returned or exchanged.
+. The points cannot be transferred or added up among different IDs.
+. When there is an unlawful act
+. The user point status offered by FC2 (balance, date of use, service(s) you use or others) does not prove that you are entitled to use our services and privilege offerd by them.
+. When there is an act that violates these terms of use or other rules that FC2 sets
+. Previlege presented by our partner is offered according to the terms of their own.
+. When an account is suspended
+. Invalidity/Lapse/Cancellation of Points
+. When a user acquires a point excluding the methods FC2 sets
+    Your FC2 points will be invalid without notice in the following cases. And if anything suspicious is detected, we may impose restrictions on use, purchase and exchange of points. Invalid points cannot be returned or exchanged.
+. When FC2 judges it is appropriate to cancel the point lented to the user
+. When you do anything illegal or dishonest.
+. When you violate these terms of use or other FC2 rules.
+. When your account is suspended.
+. When you obtain points by dishonest means.
+. When we judge it is reasonable to void you points.
